Thank you very much for CloneApp, which is an essential utility.
I write to you about these three things :
1-I am really doubtful about the "Windows Run List" plugin. If this plugin is intended to backup the list of the softwares that will run at the startup, the registry key to backup is not "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ RunMRU" which is only the listing of some Most Recent Used stuff, the good key to backup seems to be this one "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run" . Could you check if there is an error in this actual plugin ?
2-There is another "Windows" plugin that could be added, which would be "Windows User Scan Profiles". The folder to backup is this one : "%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\UserScanProfiles".
3-There is something I have to do manually because CloneApp doesn't take care of it : just in order to obtain a better restoration, I always suppress by hand the contents of all the folders that are backed up by CloneApp before making the restoration so that only the restored data will appear in each folder, no older obsolete data which doesn't actually exists anymore. I do that, otherwise I will have some problems with some of my softwares.
I was thus asking myself the question if you would consider adding an option, if it's possible, which could allow, or not, the cleaning of all the concerned folders before the restoration itself.

I heard about your work on a French-speaking site and I wanted to test your Privatizella software.
But after downloading, my thin skills did not allow me to find out how to launch your software.
Do I need to download another upstream software to for example open the sln files?

At the moment I am actually lost without knowing how to launch your application (not seeing any .exe file!).

Hello, when cloneapp will support different edge's. I mean 'edge legacy' and 'edge chromium' . I trusted months ago cloneapp for EDGE settings but i lost my all pw/login name/autofills/history etc.. because of cloneapp showed me edge. I was thinking its latest edge version but no! If you can support edge legacy and edge chromium it will be wonderful. Thanks alot for this good and with little mistakes still useful software Best regards.

I, like many others have a problem with Host Processes for Windows Services that you might consider solving. It uses a lot of data that I can barely afford. Not even Glasswire helps (but to be fair I might not be using it correctly).
As yet I have not found any effective software remedy that can identify & block those host processes from accessing the internet but know you could solve this.

Will CloneApp work with Windows 10 2004? I see that one of the last updates addressed 1909 specifically will there be an update for 2004?

Thank you for making this much needed app. I recently switched to a new smaller SSD and wanted a clean windows install with only a few programs from the old hard drive. I can the app as an admin, made the backup and copied the folder to an external drive. Unfortunately when I copied it to the new drive and tried to restore I get the error, "Restoration settings could not be loaded. Do you want to select the restoration file?" I then select the cloneapp2.ini file in the Backup folder, but the same message pops up again. I haven't been able to effectively diagnose this from the instructions in the manual. I am not very tech savvy unfortunately. Can you offer more guidance?
